I didnt know that using 'cheat engine' is not legal i just try to zoom out. I always watch twitch.tv streams and i saw all of these users playing dota with zoom out. So i search on google and the first way i discover is cheat engine way. I didnt know that. I am ok with not playing dota2 for 1 month but i spent 20 $ for international14' .I want to watch the tournament on dota2. here is the commentary;

''You've been suspended from Dota 2 after external tools attached to Dota 2 were detected by the Valve Anti-Cheat system. This suspension will end on Sun Jul 06 11:22:01 2014.''

Boy you are lucky, in any other game you would have been banned permanently. In Dota 2 its just a month.

Check out the VAC forum, so many people WISH they where only banned for a month.

But isnt it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? I swear on my life i didnt cheat. i just played 3-4 games with zoom out. But i am ok with banned to playing dota. BUT I SPENT 20 DOLLARS FOR WATCHING AND SUPPORTING INTERNATIONAL 2014. Do you know that zoom out is free on League of Legends.

Zoom out = cheating. You're not supposed to have that much overview of the map. Not knowing what's happening outside your view is part of the game.

dude i didnt know it. I am not discussing the ban or its duration. I just cant understand why i cant watch the games? I say 'ok i wont play dota for 1 month but can you pls let me watch that f***ing tournament'

You can use twitch. Still it's good that you get something so that you regret doing it, that is the point of bans like this, deter other potential cheaters punish existing ones.

Still, I think this punishment for cheating is to weak.

You can even tie your Steam acc to twitch and get chance for drops...

Dude are you executioner? It is not kicking, its killing. I didnt have any bans or mute before. I was totally clear. AND SOMEONE EXPLAIN ME THAT THOSE TWITCH STREAMERS ZOOMOUT VİEW!!!

No one on the forums can change your ban. Valve will not lift the ban until the time is up. You used an illegal program, this is the punishment. Begging and pleading and ranting in all caps here will not help. As it has been mentioned to you, all other VAC bans are permanent so you should be thankful yours is not and learn from the experience.

Not even Valve can remove a VAC ban, you just have to wait it out

I AM REALLY THANKFUL.But Banning to play dota and watching the games are different. I usually watch the games. Still no explaination for that and twitch streamers zoomout view.

My first thoughts. Are you actually watching someome 'PLAY' or watching someone 'Replay/Spectate' a game? Possibly the latter allows for zooming.

That or whoever you are watching will probably get hit with a similar ban sooner or later.
