Free Sniper Elite V2 - cant add it to accounts that are in Family Sharing with me.

Im using this PC with my family.
I added Free Sniper Elite V2 to my account, but I cant into my family accounts that are in Family Sharing with me.
On every other account I can add without problems, but not on my family accounts.

"There is error ... bla bla bla... in adding this product to your account"

1 game per account, so you just have to log into each account and add it separately. If needed remove family sharing so you can add the game and the opt back into family sharing.

And do You know what will be when I remove family sharing? I will be Not able to reactivate family sharing for next 90 days (L I M I T S - limits, you know?)

It means he is a moderator appointed by Valve but does not work for Valve.

You do have to click the free game to keep it. You dont have to install it, just start it then cancel.

So the true is - Steam user must press only "Install" button in Store page to see something like "This game has been added to your account, enjoy!".
No need to start downloading or running the game.
Same was with free L4D2.

Well for me, it did not show up in my library and I had to go back to the store page and start the download, but that may be because the library hadn't refreshed.

Where did you read the 2-3 month thing?
Did you try using the browser instead of the steam client?
