Prepaid credit card in Canada.

So I'm trying to use a prepaid Visa card to purchase something through Steam like I've done dozens of times in the past, but it keeps being declined because my billing info that I enter in the steam checkout does not match what the card has on file. I am almost postive this is because everytime I've bought something in the past (last time was over a year ago) there was an option as a Canadian to select a province for my billing information, like you have to select a state if you're in the US. This option is no longer there and it only lets me select Canada while my prepaid credit card info as it always has been has my province tied to it.

I'm wondering if anyone knows why Valve decided to remove the province selection drop down menu? The one for selecting a state is still there. I can even go to the credit card website where you register your billing address and see the Steam store transactions "pending" or on hold so I know I'm entering all other information right but the transactions are still failing on Steam/Valves end.

Any info on why this was changed, what I can do or if anyone else is experiencing the same problem would be greatly appreciated.

I think the credit card funding is not working right now, I also tried to add funds an hour ago and it was declined. I double checked the information and everything was fine. I guess Valve will fix it soon, fingers crossed.

Thanks for the quick reply! I definitely hope that's the case as I can't think of any reason other than what I said in my post. I've used these exact same type of prepaid cards on steam dozens of times and have used this card itself just the other day to buy something through battle.net.
