FPS Limiter

I heard there are programs that can do this for every game and I need it, so where can i find one thta is easy to download and will work for all games without a bunch of file editing and stuff preferrably, thank you!

Well, all I know of personally is Dxtory(a recording application), although you have to buy it, or EVGA Precision, which won't work for all graphics cards. There should be some better free alternatives out there, though.

MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision.

I use MSI Afterburner which works very well. After you activate the FPS limiter all you have to do is open Afterburner and leave it open in the background.

most games have an option for vsync
but some do not use it properly

you can set nvidia control panel to force vsycn on for all games

MSI Afterburner already comes with RivaTuner app; so does EVGA Precision X

Use the RivaTuner app to allow for OSD controls as well as FPS Limiter.

FRAPS is not a limiter; it simply allows u to choose FPS ranges for when u are doing Video Capture.
