LC contents:just batman arkhamcity origin season pass,status=active
other packages Initiation DLC Cold, Cold Heart DLC
Narrative DLC packler;Season Pass Skin Pack,New Millennium Skins Pack,Infinite Earth Skins Pack:does not appear
just season pass it seems. no download please help.

Read the store page a lot of the skins/dlc seems to only be available after beating the main game. To see your dlc right click the game in the library, select "proerties", then select the tab that says"DLC' to see the ones you own.

I looked;just batman arkham origins season pass active but other packs does not appear.

Did you but them seperately? Are they in your purchase history/did you get a confirmation e-mail? A lot of games don't include all DLC's in season passes.

I have a lot of game on the steam but not a problem,just season pass problem
I have been working since 1 month for problem,I did what you said the long

Give me a different solution..

Ok so your having problems with the season pass or the skins or both?
Are you having the issue with Batman Arkham Origins or Batman Arkham City?

my problem in a nutshell:no download season pass dlc ok?
just 592 byets update just "Gotham by Gaslight Batman" ve "Brightest Day Batman".
available,others:no
3 new dlc no
other skin no
20 GB should install but no download fu..ing steam.

Well when you got the game and the season pass it may of downloaded them all together. Also, some games include all the dlc in the main game and when you buy dlc your just buying a half megabyte key that activates it.
Also, I read this on the store page: All Skins can be used in the story campaign upon completion of the main story, in the challenge maps, and online. All other Season Pass content is for use exclusively in the story campaign mode. All content included in the Season Pass can also be purchased individually.
So it seems like the skins will only be available after you have beaten the main game. In Arkham City the DLC's were just additional in game missions that showed up only in the bat journal thing where you can select your active mission.
This is about all I can do for you. If you haven't already, search the Arkham Origins forum to see if anyone else has had the same problem and solved it, and if not make a post there. If you still do not find a solution I would contact Steam Support and also Warner Brothers or whoever makes the game.

You've already done all the basics right (Rebooting the computer, verifying the games cache, flush the config file, reinstall the game, etc...)
