Steam Link App and Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse

Hi. I have the Steam Link App running successfully on my Samsung TV. I have it set up with a PS4 controller presently.

I'm looking to use it with a wireless keyboard and mouse and wondering how to go about this. This isn't for FPSs or anything, therefore a little lag is acceptable (atm I'm mainly wanting this for Satisfactory).

1. I assume that they both have to be Bluetooth as this is how my ps4 controller connects to Steam Link presently?

2. Do you connect both as separate Bluetooth devices and does the app recognise/transfer both to the host PC?

3. Will it also work if I have the keyboard, mouse and ps4 controller connected to my tv? This will save faffing around with pairings if I switch games in Big Picture mode.

4. Any recommendations for brands etc? I did look into lapboards, but these are far too expensive for me. I'm looking to DIY via purchasing separate wireless keyboard and mouse and knocking something together in my workshop. Thus good value preferred.
