HELP with COD Black Ops 2

Hey Guys,

I recently got cod bo2 and when i try to connect to online, it says it cant. It says the version is 19.0-1. Thanks Steam and community if you can help me!!

Your version should automatically be 43.0.-1 and then it will go from there and connect to the servers if your version of bo2 is the current up to date version.

you might want to either verify integrity of game cache, or reinstall Bo2.

there might be a couple of other options though. if you navigate your way through to your bo2 installation and delete all the files (not the folders) just the files in this folder D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II

if that is where you have your Bo2 installed. in other words all the files that i have highlighted in this screen shot http://i.imgur.com/d79UhcV.png

Hey Dyran,
My friend got bo2 for me and i think it is nosteam because i had to add it to steam and it cant to verify integrity because its nosteam. Any way to fix it if i cant verify it and its not installed in steamapps? Should i reinstall it into the steamapps\common\ and make a folder called Call of Duty Black Ops II?

I think its a crack, but my Campaign works, but multiplayer doest connect :(
