you might want to either verify integrity of game cache, or reinstall Bo2.
there might be a couple of other options though. if you navigate your way through to your bo2 installation and delete all the files (not the folders) just the files in this folder D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II
if that is where you have your Bo2 installed. in other words all the files that i have highlighted in this screen shot http://i.imgur.com/d79UhcV.png
My friend got bo2 for me and i think it is nosteam because i had to add it to steam and it cant to verify integrity because its nosteam. Any way to fix it if i cant verify it and its not installed in steamapps? Should i reinstall it into the steamapps\common\ and make a folder called Call of Duty Black Ops II?
