My computer screen become rainbow and holographic when i open a full screen game

Since i installed windows 10 ive noticed games that use full screen with no taskbar become orange tinted and doubled since windows 10.
has this happened before and how do i fix it

It becomes holograhic and double imaged with rainbow purple and orange everywhere

Sounds like you have 3D anaglyph mode enabled in your videodriver.
Is it similar to this photo?

Exactly, I saw that mode before in nvidia but i didnt know it was important
