I'd reccomend trying to verify it again. Always verify your email, if you don't, your account is at a security risk and cannot be gotten back if hacked into.

Tell me what happens afterwards, thanks.

I have the same problem... but I have verified it so many times that I have now reached the point of just ignoring it completely.

I recommend contacting steam support about this issue. Again, as stated above, it is critical to verify your e-mail, if you don't, your account can be comprimised and not gotten back. That means losing every game you've bought on Steam.

This happens to me too, at least once a week, sometimes multiple times in a single day. Very annoying.

Once you verify your email, it should only ask to re-verify about every 6-12 months.

I'm having the same issue, I verified my email address two days ago, and now it's asking it again. Volvo rarely has their ♥♥♥♥ configured correctly.

I am continually having the same problem. I have verified my email multiple times, and the message pops up again within a day or two. Have gotten to the point where I just ignore it, b/c my email has never changed. I know that it has been said multiple times "Always verify your email, if you don't, your account is at a security risk, or you could run the risk of losing all of your purchased games".
However, I can't say that ongoing inaccurate validation messages lend to a secure feeling either, because it only shows me that their database and security information is not being managed properly from their side if they can't keep track of validations when completed. Not sure why scaring customers with the possibility of losing all of their purchased games is Steam's route of handling the situation rather than actually managing their data properly.

What a stupid comment. You really mean that Steam can deactivate my account because i don't verify my e-mail every month as they want?

I have also started to ignore this message as I am so sick of verifying my e-mail all the time. I don't change e-mail address FFS.

How often do you verify? When did you do it last time?

I can't remember if I had to do it at all in the last 12 years. I bet it asks some users more often than others. Maybe users who reset their passwords often since they might benefit from it more? We can only guess.

They do this because it saves them support time probably when people get hacked or forget passwords.

This is preposterous.
Xieso - Your statement is completely incorrect. If I have assigned an email address to my Steam user account, there is not a single reason in a million years that I need to verify my email or risk account security. Actually, quite to the contrary, and it is irritating and pointless.

IF IT IS NOT MY ADDRESS ANYMORE, there's not much I'm going to be able to do about it!!!! Since I cannot access the email that Steam would be asking me to verify it with, and if Steam was to allow me to change the email without some bread crumb of confirming I am who I say I am, then they actually introduce LESS security.

Completely pointless. Completely pointless. Its the main reason I I rarely buy on Steam. Stupid policy. REALLY stupid.

If your email account is compromised, there's no security by asking you to confirm it is there? And if people have your email account hacked, then whats the first thing Steam is going to do when you (the hacker) intentionally click "FORGOT PASSWORD"? Send YOU an EMAIL to the EMAIL you have of file.

Completely STUPID.,
