Getting Ddos'ed everytime

Yeah everytime I play modern warfare 2 and using the grenade launcher attachment people threating me like : ''Stop tubing or you get ddos'ed'' or ''Using grenade launcher is kick'' And when I continue the game will freeze.

I did some research about ddosing and I found out Ddosing isn't illegal, so I can't report those guys because they don't do anything illegal.

So what to do? MW2 is one of my favourite game's so help would be appreciated!

They are bluffing, a DDOS doesn't freeze a game, it disrupts you internet connection. Something else causes the freezes, maybe the server is programmed to send invalid data to your game or something like that. No reason to panic, just go play on another server.

This isn't about Modern Warfare 2, it goes about Ddosing. It occurs on more games.
