Now when I access it from any source, the remove buttons are back. Must have been some sort of bug or glitch. It is working now; thank you.
I had the same problem, there was no Remove button by my games. To make the Remove option appear, I did as Charon -AP- did and went to my Steam profile. Under the Activities or Recent Activity box there should be a link for Wishlist. Use that link to access your wishlist. There should now be a link under the name of the game and after the "Added on <date>" text for (Remove) which you can now click on to remove that title from your wishlist. Even though the Remove link may not have been there when you accessed your wishlist through the store page, it should be there now once you access it through your profile. Seems to be a minor bug no one at Steam has noticed or bothered to correct yet.
NO KIDDING! I was staring at the page for 5-10 minutes before seeing it. Why so tiny!?
