Mouse cursor randomly started to move at a slower speed

This morning I woke up and immediately notied my mouse cursor had started to move much slower. I went into CSGO and the speed of my mouse definitely did not sync up with my ingame sensitivity (it was extremely noticeable). I tried changing it to a new USB port and that didn't change, and it is not dirt underneath.



Could it be because of latest Geforce update that released today?

Latest Geforce Update = Graphics Card Driver Update ?
If yes there is no relation between Graphics Card Driver and USB Port , Try To go to Control Panel > Mouse > And Change the Speed of the mouse ;D

If it doesn't work go to the same Directory ( Control Panel > Mouse ) and Choose the Pointer Options tab ( Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options ) And Change The Speed of the pointer ( Slide to "Fast" )

I already did that and put it at the fastest option, but it still didn't sync with my in game sensitivity I was used to.

How do I change the mouse sensitivity? I can only change the pointed sensitivity.


Also I never changed any of this stuff to begin with.

When You are in the Desktop ( WIN ) The Mouse Become Fatest , When u run the game it become slow ?
try to change the sensitivity in the game , which game is it ?

Yes, in game it is extremely noticeable. I can't play at the sensitivity I was playing at (2.5) because that is very slow now for some reason, but less than 24 hours ago was the perfect sensitivity for me. Now it takes a couple seconds to turn behind me.

Wait , The Problem Cannot be from the Ports Because The Ports are reserved to connect the hardware to the Computer , so if the problem was from the ports , the Mouse won't Turn On :)

could the mouse just not be working properly like it used to? I've had it since February, so it is not that old.


Also my windows sensitivity was on default which is like 6 or 7, so it just spontaneously has happened.

Here is my pointer options. Keep in mind I put it on fast only after I started noticing the mouse is slower. It was originally on default, which is somewhere in the middle, and when it was on default sensitivity it worked great in csgo at my sensitivity I was using. Now, even on fast, it does not work with the sensitivity I played at. If you need screenshots of anything else let me know
