problem with unity resolution (left unsolved)

so i played a unity game and it did not have resolution option it used 1280 x 720 so i used windows 640 x 480 resolution option and it looked bad so i unchecked it but the game is still stuck in 640 x 480 is there a way to undo what i did?

Not every program/game has the ability to be "forced" to run on a certain resolution. Some games and programs are coded for a certain resolution and that is all you will get out of it.

yeah but it was running on 1280 x 720 before i screwed up

right click the shortcut for whatever that application is and click on file location. Look in that folder for a setting/profile text document

its a unity game so it only has a data folder no settings is searched
even when i reinstalled it its stuck on that resolution

Ya it deff sounds like a documents issue. It is in there somewhere, as it has to be if the main folder only has a data folder.

At the topof the unity windows, below file, click the squares that shows the screen types. It looks like by this photo that is your problem
*Click the button that says Maximize on Play

nah there are no photo's it goes full screen in that mode
