steam item showcase

so I can put items in my showcase when i select the item it gives me this error :
"There was a problem saving your selection, please try again later"

I get the same problem, been happening for 3 days now.

I want to show the world how I bought a $18 CSGO skin and now i cant.....

I tried that no luck, my issue started after I added a sticker to an item allready on display in the showcase. That item disappered and now I cant add or remove anything from the showcase.....

I'm having the same problem. Can't add anything to my item showcase.

Found a fix of my own but seems to only work in Google Chrome that I have tested.

Change your Item Showcase to some other showcase. Save your profile. Change the showcase back to Item Showcase. Save profile. Now select the items you want. They won't appear right away but you will see they are highlighted with a gray box. Save your profile once again and you will see your items on your Item Showcase.

Not sure if those were the exact steps but that's what I did and it works!

Just tried that. Didn't work for me, unfortunately.

found a fix (at least for me)
what i did was changed it to favorite game and saved it
went to browser and changed it to items and it seemed to work (firefox)

I finally logged in with Google Chrome and was able to do it after saving the showcase as acheivements a few times, then going back to Item showcase.

Finally got it to change!

Here's how I did it:

1. Using the Steam client, I changed the showcase to something else (in this case, Favorite Game). Saved changes.
2. In my browser (Google Chrome), I logged in and switched back to Item Showcase. Saved changes WITHOUT altering any items in said showcase.
3. After saving changes, I then tried changing my items. It worked!
