says it all. someone needs to fix this. i never had any problems on Windows 8.1.

the error is so random, i tried everything suggested by everyone in the forums. this is clearly a glitch on your end. or Windows 10, Fix it.

i've been on the forums and tried every suggestion that people have thrown at me.

ill try this one as well. see if it makes a difference.

my firewall already has steam and the games set in there so. it does it automatically. it asks me everytime i load up a new program.

Use UPnP (Universal Plug and Play)

ya i added steam to my exclusions for my anti virus, i was banned for 2 hours on CSGO, so i decided to wait and see if that's the case, i have not tried it out. but BitDefender did not cause this problem on Windows 8.1.

i usually use BitDefender Game mode as well. but it doesn't seem to make a diference, i added it to my exclusions tho, im about to test it out now.

idk about that UPnP, ill check that out as well. although i have a different router. thanks for giving me solutions.

have you tried logging into steam from another local admin account on windows 10 and NOT msa user account?

i noticed that windows 10 assigns msa account as ordinary user with less than admin priviliges.
(msa can be manually elevated as admin accoount under a local admin account on windows 10)
