dead space 3

i have been having trouble getting dead space 3 to work with my controller. does anyone have a fix to this problem? i really want to play this game without having to reatsrt everyone 10 to 15 minutes

well im using a xbox 360 controller and it works great but after 15 minutes or so the game just crashes. i have looked it up and people says its a problem with the game trying to use the controller not the controller causing the issues
