You should call or contact wallmart support too to check what's going on.
Thx for the help but ive sent in a ticket and no response yet its been just about 2 weeks now and the screenshot dosent show much personal info, and walmart dosent have any support line just faq's and there no help

Steam support takes some time but if they don't answer soon(end of this week making it the 3rth week) you can make a ticket of a ticket..
Ive tried calling them and it doesnt help they ask if its stolen or to check balance or to check the faq's and there is nothing in the faq's to help me.

As I said talk with steam support, it can take some time but they will answer, and tell them what happened and give them all the info you can. They will check and try to help you with it.
