brother watching youtube... ping problems...

Well if you've came to here you probably understand my problem but i will still explain it,
While I'm playing CS:GO or any other game (doesn't really matter and of course it is not only steam).
and my brother watches youtube, my ping gets high and for me it's a disaster because my location is far enough from the servers so i'm barely standing with my normal ping.
I heard you can use the "QoS"(quality of service) to reduce someone's access to the internet(I want to lower my brother's speed access so i can play better).
I watched videos on 'HowTo' but they didn't match my router OR were just very old and aren't the same anymore, My router is a NETGEAR and some help would be appreciated, I do have ethernet cable but it's pain in the ass to put it everytime (why?), I am not lazy ass but my parents don't allow me to put it all the time because it's a bit blocking the corridor so i have to put scotch everytime and sometimes it even falls (because scotch isn't very strong...).
I am now trying to find other way to fix this and this is how i found the QoS but didn't understand how to make it, Please help in advanced, I am a gamer and so are you guys so you probably know how annoying it is to have terrible ping.

You should probably ask Netgear support or do some research into the Netgear Router control panel.

I doubt anybody here will have the exact same Router as you.

I know people don't have the same router but you just need to have netgear to explain since i'm pretty sure the confirguration is the same for most of the netgear routers (if not all).
