VPN/Proxies HOW TO DIABLE OR COMPLETELY REMOVE?
VPN/Proxies
Disable or completely remove any IP proxy or VPN software that you may be using, restart your computer, and test your purchase again. All transactions that are initiated through anonymous proxies will be declined by Steam.:csgoct:

Add/Remove progams in the control panel.

Are you using a VPN?

If so, and assuming you're on windows, just click the internet (LAN or Wifi) icon on the system tray and click 'disconnect' on the relevant connectoid.

I've got a feeling you're not using a VPN though because if you were you'd be a bit more clued up than this.

Are you trying to make the purchase via the Steam client or an internet browser? If an internet browser, it's possible a proxy add-on (such as Hola, ,but there are others) is causing the problem. In that case, try using the Steam client to make your purchase instead.

Have you installed a proxy or vpn?
They usually don't install them selves, maybe you don't have one.

Is the ISP correct? Is that your internet company?

Edit: looks like it is correct. How are you paying? Are you entering a serbian adress? Is the payment method from the right adress?
