I know for a fact that I've purchased a package. I have some saves to prove that I, at least, had Dawnguard.
I've also found a bunch of Dawnguard textures (actors, armor, clothes, weapons) under dlc01, but only textures. Nothing else.
I mean, was it taken from me? Is that something that can happen? Did I accidentally get rid of it somehow?
I do have a mod manager, but I can't find any mention of any DLC in it.
I'm looking into the store transaction statement in my Steam account. It says I've purchased Skyrim, but it doesn't say anything about Dragonborn, or Dawnguard.
This is driving me crazy. I don't mean to sound paranoid, but I know for sure I've had the DLC. I've played the Dawnguard quest for months. I can prove it, if I need to.
Thats the better case. If those DLCs dont even show up, then you dont own them.
Or try looking for the Receipts via
-> View Receipt
Astraea, I've checked the plugins as well. There were no DLCs there.
Teutep, I've checked those links and they all say I don't have the DLC in my account.
Thank you all for your replies, but I think all I can really do is contact customer support. I have proof that I at least had the Dawnguard DLC. I might as well forget about Dragonborn and Firehearth.
Anyways, I paid less than $20 for the package. The way I see it, even if I don't get the DLC back, I still got a bargain for Skyrim.
Thank you all for the replies. Good night.

But the users who got it for free did not get a license for it.
I have a friend that got Dawnguard that way, and it became part of his saves. When he reinstalled Skyrim, he did not have it anymore.
Nice catch!
And thank you, Tara. I wasn't aware of that incident. What I had taken for a package may very well have been a mistake.
