Why my downloads is limit to 3.5mbps? i have limit bandwidth set to No Limit. My conectios is 30mb down and only use 3.5mb to download. In this speed COD Advanced Warfare took 4 hrs to download :( steam limit the connections speed?

30 megabits per second converts to about 3.75 megabytes per second.

Yeah, your download speed seems about fine then.

1 Megabit is 8 times more than a megabyte.

Thus 29.65 Megabits equals 3.70 Megabytes

Add some overhead traffic and the 3.5Megabytes per second is pretty much all you can expect. Steam is using your whole internet connection. Blame the provider for using an number that looks big but isn't.

I got 100MBPs and i only get 3.5MBPs aswell. My Download region is in my country. I use Ethernet Cable. I have no idea why i'm getting 3.5 max. Please help.
