Update stuck at 97%
So I have my Insurgency game updated, and just about when it was almost done, it got stuck at 97%.
I tried changing Regions, restarting steam, restarting the PC, disconnect from my internet and reconnect. Nothing works.

Any tips?

You should try to keep updating it, maybe that part where you got stuck is a big part. Also check your bandwith when updating if it's even getting updated.

If you got Windows 8 or 8.1 you can easily access it under the perfomance tab.
