Is there any way to remove the 7-days I'm supposed to wait so i can trade?

No way out of Steam restrictions. You need to wait the 7 days before you can use the market. Steam Support cannot remove any restrictions from an account.

no i mean i w ant to quick trade something after i buy it isnt that possibile? i saw other people quickly buying stuff then trading them in 5 mins

It depends on the Item, Trading Cards, games, DLC, in game Items, there all different times, so that person your talking about, might have had a trading card, and there is no way out of Steam restrictions without hacking.

Trading cards are also locked for 7 days if bought from the Market, similarly to that of items.

Recently bought licenses (games / DLC / software / videos) have a 30 day cooldown for trading.

This is also a frequently asked question (FAQ) on the forums.

You cannot remove any Steam-based restrictions on your account whatsoever. There are no ways for you to get out of it unless the restriction is over.
