Moving games to another Hard disk
Hello all, as I said on the title I want to move all my games to my external HDD because I have to install Windows again, and I don't want to download them again. Is there a way to do it ?

it will start did 2 times change windows or u can simply delete everything from steam except steam.exe steamapps folder and userdata folder if it dont start.then click steam.exe to download steam again
or if still not just install steam again and move steam apps folder from ur hdd to pc which have all games inside it carefull with saves all game wont have cloud saves

Install steam on external HDD (because you can). Move your steamapps (basically navigate and modify documents) from drive C:\ to the external one. You can test one game see if it works.

or backup all games (hard labor mode) and put it on the external hdd.
