Familiar with Speakonia or Virtual Audio Cables?

Hey guys, Speakonia is a program that is Text-To-Speech, and it includes the old Vista narrators, like Microsoft Sam, and Mike. I wanted to use this in game, and when i hooked it up with VAC, it didnt work. Now, the reason im guessing it did not work was because Speakonia transmits directly to your speakers or headphones, is there any POSSIBLE way to make it not go there? Theres no options on the program except i could save it as a .wav file and use a soundboard, but it wont be very good since i will be talking to people and using a soundboard is basically premade sounds so it wouldnt be very good conversation. If any help or any pointing in the direction to start, please let me know, thank you ;D
