Nope, no legal downloads... if there were then we'd know about them as they'd be extremely popular. Sadly, you'll probably never see them get a rerelease... hell, Konami actually lost the source code for Silent Hill 2 and 3.
Years ago I downloaded silent hill 2, positive I didn't even get it off a torrent site. And I can't find it anymore.
Well at least I still have my Ps3 and I could just buy the HD collections.
Fair enough, but be warned... they won't be quite the same games you remember since they had to rework a whole load of stuff. That's what happens if you 'misplace' the code for the original finished builds.
