How do you make profile backrounds?
I heard you can craft backrounds...but how? I do have steam cards, but only a few for each game. Help?

When you craft a badge for a game, you get a profile background for that game. It may be easier to just buy the profile background you want from the community market.

uh how do u craft a badge for a game? I dont have a full set for ANY of my games

You would need to trade for or purchase the remaining cards from the community market.

You can buy backgrounds from the market if you don't want to craft badges for them.

I have done that ONCE. Some of the deals are just total ripoffs. I was wondering a way to craft them other that getting cards to make a badge to craft into a backround....

Nope. Backgrounds come from crafting badges, all the backgrounds you see in the market are ones that someone earned by crafting a badge.

You can, though it may be a bit trickier than buying. The person you are trading with both needs to have what you want, and want what you have. You might have an easier time selling the cards and buying the background, but trading is certainly possible.
