Nintendo Switch Pro Controller - menu for blue light control for Home Button gone?

In the new Controller settings menu, I can't seem to find the menu to control the blue light around the Home Button. In the old menu, there was a slider where you could control the brightness or set it to not even come on.

I really liked this feature. Is it gone? If not, where is it?
