I lost my Product Keys for stuff I bought from the steam store on Apr 15, 2020?

View licenses and product key activations just display the date, product and the acquisition type i.e store purchase, external redemption, which have been made by the account. Nothing on here can be deleted or is removed.

The account you are posting from has no activity made this year so if anything is missing, you are on the wrong account.

Well that doesn't sound realistic. How did you determine this loss?

Typically when someone thinks games have been removed from their library, it often means they've forgotten they have a second account and that's where the games live.
