Not sure if this is where I post this. But my nephew has tried to get on his account and does the captcha thing to recover his account when his password isn't working. Then after he passes the captcha the steam thing wants to act like he didn't do it so he has to redo it, over and over again. Until finally just now it says he has tried to recover his account too many times. This isn't the first time this has happened. And there also doesn't seem to be a reliable way to chat with support to fix an issue like this easily. So just wondering if there is anything in the work to fix the captcha so this doesn't happen to anyone else or my nephew again. Would be easier to have a chat support that you could talk to and give info to about your account, so they can send a link to your email that sends you logged in on your account on the web. Then have a way on the web to launch the steam already signed in.
