Can you transfer ownership of a game to a friend?

I purchased a game and before I could play it my system died. I decided not to repair it and just use my consoles. I have 0 mins in the game and have never installed it. Can I gift it to a person on my friend's list?

games cannot be transferred between accounts. you can only gift a game to another account when you are purchasing it.

the most you can do with the game now it try to refund it if you are still with in the refund window (less then 2 hours played AND owned less then 2 weeks)
