Replacing ssd without deleting games in my hdd
My pc currently have a problem where it basically messes up windows and my ssd, so im going to replace my current ssd, and as far as i know, if i delete my steam apps, it will also delete all of its games, but in my case, im not going to delete steam, and instead im going to remove the ssd that contains it and my games are stored in my hdd (different drive). Do i have to download all of the game again once i installed steam on my new ssd or can i just import the games from my hdd? (sorry for bad english btw)

Why not keep Steam & games together on HDD?
If you're replacing the drive with the Steam Client on it and all your games are on another drive (the HDD) your games will stay in tact. You won't have to re-download them. When you get the new SSD setup and the operating system running on it, assuming it's the primary drive, and Steam installed again just go to Steam > Settings > Storage and tell Steam where the game files are.

When you restart Steam the games will appear grayed out. Click on them to launch them and a validation process will run enabling them to be played. Much faster than downloading all your games again.

Because it's a bad idea to do that. If the operating system ever needs reinstalled and everything's on the same drive everything's lost and has to be reinstalled after the operating system's fixed. If apps and other data is on other drives separate from the operating system the O/S can be fixed (reinstalled) without losing anything.
If you keep Steam on a different drive than that of the OS, then you need not worry as much should the OS need to be reinstalled. If required, reinstalling the OS from scratch will cause problems with permissions and may require in-place re-installation of the Steam client. But if the OS is reinstalled via backup image, then you will not have to do anything provided that the image was created after the current Steam installation was in place.
