Anyone facing the issue...try logging to steam through browser...it worked for me.
So you think you know anything from 12 aug to 21-10, is same or still have it, thats the problem with steam user's, you dont know anything at all, i bet none have been down over 2 month, if you need education go work for support and you will learn multi issue or same is not always same thing just because they look same, this is not support this is user forum, dont get a brain fart, because i think you have one atm.
You have 3 choise here, ISP credit card/bank and steam in other end, rest of the world can actual say drop dead we dont have a problem here.
Dont have own pc issue, rest is out of your hands. and require real support.

As the other user in this post, point out get a steam card from a shop or other credit card company maybe. ( if you want to cheeper games thats your choise, steam time on sale event will run out and you have to wait for next event sale )
use steam wallet then steam dont have a sale and see if you can put credit point on it. another way, most here is out of the post now.
All has been said and diffrent solution on the problem, even steam forum rules actual prevent any from repeat what already been said, so you will only see comment on i have same issue here left from other steam user in your area post same over and over.
I recommend using more reliable sources such as PayPal, credit cards, or even Steam gift cards.
