Recently, after the Summer Sale, some changes were apparently induced in STEAM alongside NOVAPLAY, cause there is no way I can buy games from Steam anymore. Novaplay and steam are partners in this and neither of them are trying to fix this issue. I have tried buying TOM CLANCY'S THE DIVISION for 30+ times in the last 2 days (NOT EXAGGERATING) and every time I get stuck on the OTP Verification page. It's frustrating is what it is. I tried reaching out to the customer service and No help was received from their end. NOT A SINGLE ONE. Tried recharging the STEAM WALLET and the same issue persists. Anyone with any solution or facing the are more than welcome to drop a comment down here. Really appreciate it.

and the sad thing is they won't actually look into the matter themselves. Neither of them.
Anyways as others said either hope they fix it overtime, or get Steam cards instead, if paypal supported as your payment option I suggest using them instead as they actually look into the issues whenever they have problems, or consider getting a credit card, and you can just pay off your credit card with your bank. Paypal support credit card, and banks linking as well. But not sure what payment options you got in your region so best of luck.
Just to put out this isn't 1st time Noveplay having this issue they had issue with Steam for years, and issue comes, and goes randomly, as when loading noveplay page either get error, or unable to process, since this is OTP issue this all on noveplay as they have to send you the code.
no one asked you to "fight". You sound like a guy who has nothing better to do with his time other than drag a long dead conversation that doesn't need dragging. You are day dreaming and might just be delusional to bring no so connected topics about country and it's politics. Get a life man.
any network issue is ISP area, and it dont matter if novaplay has a issue or not or being the problem, Nova play dont fix traffic issue.
fact is you have no clue before you post or after , and you have a issue with own country infrastructor , and steam is not going to fix that for you.
ask your own ISP there is no other support gl with get a word out of novaplay, it aient going to happend under steam event sale so how come you think they will do it now.
its like you forget its a Global world with steam server, and all this point at your region only issue. reset of the world did not had this issue, so you still think steam and steam user can fix this with one button fix, you are deluted and lost if we dont tell you this, this wont fix itself, unless someone look into it , and it ends there, if this is politic and you goverment is doing this then steam politic rules kick in and prevent us to even debat it. you was told this by the link here,
and if you keep baiting and play i dont know card here, i will report you for not read what other steam user have point out, we cant help you with what you country is doing if they block for sale.
you writing in "English" right?? cause it seems to me, you are messing lotta words up. No cap. By the time I posted this, I was done reaching out to Steam, Novaplay and ISP customer service. You are dreaming in your own world thinking you know more than everyone, and acting as if no actions have been taken against it. In reality you lack the courage to admit that you might be outta your way or wrong while you own self image crumbles in front of your ideal self, as your real self still tries to hide behind it.
Rambling the same thing on and on and on won't change the facts. I have a pretty good knowledge about how this is happening only in India, but you are so dumb to even comprehend that I know this and how people with different ISP keep on having the same issue so it's not the provider who is at fault as I did have a good long conversation with them. You are so much deep in your own super ego that it makes you blind, difficult to even understand what simple sentences can mean.
Look how you are the only one getting hyped outta everyone in here, thinking this might be the moment of your fame but it's not. As I said, if you know you are right, stop investing time replying to these comments and get on with your life, but then again, I don't think you have a life or you have anything better to do.
