What's the keyboard shortcut to open big picture mode

However, ALT+ENTER no longer works to put Steam into Big Picture Mode (BPM). Now it just maximizes the Steam KBM interface window. Also, on Windows 11, the Xbox button no longer starts BPM. I have no way to start BPM without the mouse.

Is there an new keyboard shortcut to open the new Big Picture Mode?

I think you just have to click the big picture mode icon in the top right corner. To exit big picture mode the shortcut is Alt+Enter.

That's just what I'm aware of, and found in two seconds of googling. I wouldn't give up all hope quite yet, it's possible I made a mistake or skimmed too much.

Anyone got any ideas? Trying to find a way to map something to a remote button using flirc so I can enter BPM with a remote.

thank you for letting me know about that icon. I, too, was able to toggle using Alt-Enter before and it’s not working on this particular Windows install I’m on. thanks again.
