It doesn't let me contact support it just says I have to contact my payment provider which I already have I wen't to my local bank they said I have no pending charges on my account.
But on my banking app it shows I have been charged for the purchase how has it not left my account exactly?
It was refunded within 24 hours of the purchase btw.
Do cancelled chargers not show up as added balance in banking apps?
It can take up to 14 days because it is your bank which processes the refund.
May statement does have records of money being taken though?
