I am trying to purchase a few games on steam and i come to the verify mobile number stage i enter my mobile number crosschecked 20times but when its mesnt to come the OTP never comes i dont even get a phone call can someone help me with this i really eanna get those games before the sale ends

Steam does not use OTP for transactions.

OTP is usually associated with your bank when they want confirmation you are the one making the transaction.

Log into your bank account snd check OTP is enabled as that may be why you are having issues.

it is not related to bank since i amnot using a bank its a "phone number verification" OTP that i am having troubles recieving and i am 100% sure is sent by steam

And you are 100% wrong as Steam does not use phone number verification on checkput.
It must be your payment processor.
