New UI update - Why on Steam overlay 'discussion' button cannot;

Handle anymore to add extra page tabs on the same window? Why need to open through 'web browser' making abnoxious stupid. Like opening 'Discussions' and by visiting 'Store' page checking games in the daily or recent there were add in the catalogue. The further you go discovering the list and don't wish to use return to previous page. Everytime now when you click to 'open link in a new tab' simply redirect the to 'web browser' making two alternate windows running at the same time.

Is this really needed? I need to exit everytime the 'web browser' to continue using 'Discussions' window. Either delete 'Discussion' button or roll back to old user interface which was flawless.
