Cannot Buy orange Box because having all games from that pack

If i for example permanently remove portal from my account. Would i be able to buy Orange Box, and receive proof of purchase?

If u buy orange box you would receive a hat in game Team Fortress 2(proof of purchase). But i bought valve complete pack, which has all this games and other, and i do not received that hat. I didn't knew that i would not receive until that moment. So i'm interested would it work.
