Refund not received

Is there someone with same issue i have, i use BDO debit card for payment then i refund the game it said 14business days after processing refund but i have not received my refund yet. It was march 21 2025 the day i refund today is april 14 2025

is the time between purchase and refund less than 24 hours? if so, nothing has been charged so nothing to refund.

yes, i refund it after a day because i didn’t have a time to play right after my purchase. Do you have this kind of issue too?

I do not, but if the purchase is less than 24 hours old before a refund was applied, then no money has been withdrawn by Valve (transaction is actually cancelled instead). Therefore, there's nothing to credit to your payment method, either.
