Steam Menu is Just a Big Red Glitch-Box

As titled, when I open Steam, all I get is a screen of red lines, like a glitch effect. I've been able to open the settings menu, but that is also a box of red glitchiness, so no help there. I've tried clearing my appchache and I can't touch anything to do with hardware acceleration because I can't see a bloody thing through the wall of glitches, I haven't the slightest clue what happened or how to fix it and it's becoming a bit of an issue. Has anyone else had this problem? Is so, kindly bestow your magic wisdom upon my humble ass, please.

never had that happen. i would try the good old uninstall and re-install method

Do you have win10 or win11 atleast , and before you get a rant, we are steam user here we dont know what you have here..

Sounds like something is not update. ( certificate ) or other things like that.

check whatever Browser in about to see if external browser get update and it work at www.steampowered.com

You try figureout why your pc cant use steam client own default browser. ( this mean as fare as i know, you have other pc system or OS issue, ( i and other have no need for special cmd or settings to get steam to work, thats my point. ) and we try avoid such atm, untill you do this.

Do not understimate clean GPU driver install. if you are Nvidia user, same goes with AMD if that the case.

if you had a windows core update, we have seen before reinstall same driver even to refix GPU card to what GPU card support want it to.
