Hello, a few months/weeks ago I used a code for a cape from Twitch and TikTok and I still don't have it in Minecraft, what should I do?

Minecraft cape drops have nothing to do with Steam because Bedrock and Java are not on Steam.

But those drops were time limited and ended May-June 2024.
