my account get hack please steam help
hello steam im from indonesia my english is not good so sorry if there are words that i don't understand because i use translate, i want to complain about my account, i got hacked and i have reported it to steam support but the result is zero no answer, i have spent a lot of money for my account which previously may not be much for you, i beg you to help me get my account back i don't know where else to ask for help, my previous account username is ...... and the person who hacked my account is probably from hongkong. thankss......

I've done that but they asked me to take a photo of the game purchase receipt, but that's gone, I only have 1 receipt.

Well you need to communicate that to support. We users can't help and Steam support doesn't work off the forums.

If you don't have what they ask of you you can ask them if there is anything else that would prove ownership of the account.
If they say no you're unfortunately out of luck.
