Removing key logger

i know its not the right place to ask that but i really need help and if one of you got some time to help me to remove this key logger it will be amazing... i know some of you are really smart and im new to this kind of stuff

Download Malware Bytes:

Update Malware Bytes as shown below:

If you do not yet have antivirus, install and update that as well.

Restart your PC in safe mode:

Set Malware Bytes to search for rootkits as shown below:

Do a full scan of your entire hard drive (or all your hard drives, if you have more than one.) Then do a full scan with your antivirus.

i got the first parts and i did them before, now i will restart on safe mod but what is the last part? im very sorry i just dont know anything does that mean to scan again on safe mod?

It means exactly what it says. Follow the instructions in the link given to restart your PC in safe mode, and only then do the scan of your computer. Safe mode only loads essential components, which will make it more difficult for the virus/malware to hide itself or interfere with the scan.

It's important you do the scan in safe mode, not scan then start in safe mode.

i restarted the computer, pressed F8 and then it showed up with 2 options:
1-active the computer in a normal way
2-search for any problems
i think im missing something with the safe mode..

lick the Start button Picture of Start button, click the arrow next to the Shut Down button Picture of Shut Down button, and then click Restart. i did it
If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.
i did it too and then a black screen with gray letters told me my computer is having problems restarting and i need to choose 2 options
1-active the computer in a normal way
2-search for any problems

Okay. Try this instead. Hold down the Windows key and press R, or open the Start menu and choose "Run". In the dialog box type "msconfig" and press enter.

In the new window, go to the "Boot" tab. Put a check mark in the box labelled "Safe Boot". Below that, make sure "Minimal" is selected. Then click "OK" and restart your PC.

As long as Malware Bytes/your antivirus deleted what it found, you should be fine. Since you changed your passwords from a computer that was not compromised, you should be fine, but just to be safe you may wish to change them one last time.
