There's no way to bypass it, it's there for a very good reason. It prevents problems to do with things like creditcard fraud, and stolen accounts etc.

Ofcourse. This is worse than trying to make a password on paysafecard. There should be an option to disable it so I don't have to spend a whole week staring at it doing nothing with it. Just like the option to disable trade confirmations.

If you could disable restrictions; there would be no point in them existing.

Yes, so there are restrictions for people who want them.

well, are you in a hurry
As Mattio said, the restrictions are there to prevent fraud. Someone committing fraud would simply disable the restriction. It cannot be bypassed, I'm sorry.

But what if disabling would take 7 days to de-activate permanently untill activated again. Wouldn't that be better than to wait 7 days everytime you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ purchase something of the market?

not good idea to try to bypass something that valve has intentionally done cause it like breaking the rules and subject to getting punished when caught. the restrictions are there to protect you, the other party and valve. so best to live within the rules and not end up with like perm restriction from trading or worse banned form steam. and who knows by the time the restriction is lifted you may get a better deal...
