Alipay doesn't work

I tried twice on two games but it always get stuck at the "Payment successful" page. When I checked my bank account the money is already wired. I mean what's the problem? And I have no idea where the money went. I didn't receive a payment confirmation email so I guess steam did not receive the money and it may take "10 days" for the money to return. Jesus, if I could borrow money for free for ten days.

Steam doesn't take the money. Your payment provider puts a hold on it, but it never leaves your payment method.

Any payment provider puts a pre-authorization hold on your money when you try to spend it. That's just how credit works. It would be the same with PayPal, or PaySafe, or a credit card, etc.

Hey did you get your money back? Because I'm also facing the same problem the amount was deducted from Alipay but in steam purchases the transaction show as failed... so please reply me did you get your money back in how many days..

Money is returned usually in 3-5 working days.
