Yep, someone's got a hold of my account as of now, they tried to log in from somewhere in the EU (I live in the US)

Was going to change my password but noticed that the email was also changed..anything I can do??

That cant really be possible because an email needs to have access to your personal accounts information, unless he knows it.

Run anti-malware software on your PC; preferably Malwarebytes along with a full offline scan of your PC. Once it's 100% clean of all infections, you need to change ALL online account passwords associated with the device. You must then go on to create a Steam Support account and submit a ticket outlining the situation. You should also add any proof of ownership that can be found here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762 so your account can be retrieved.

If you already have Anti-Virus/Anti Malware on your computer, unplug internet and clean your PC.

If you have access to another computer/friend's computer. Unplug your PC and then download antivirus antimalware on their computer and use it on your main computer.

He can't do anything if your PC doesn't have internet.

I've had that happen exactly once, back in the dialup days, when my computer started acting weird, doing stuff that didn't make sense, and then an empty txt opened up. So I typed in 'very funny' and then someone typed back! 'It is isn't it :)'

Instantly unplugged internet and formatted/reinstalled Windows. That is really the safest way of dealing with it, but not everyone is capable of reinstalling their computer at will.

But i have friend that have problem about hacking steam account so his items from Dota 2 is lost. Thanks to steam team work AFTER 2 MONTH all Dota 2 Items is back to him. Just share that experience form my friend.
