accidentally cancelled a purchase that is currently in payment process

I've already payed by the game, but before it, I ended up mistaking and cancelled the wrong item.
what do I do?

There should be more detail, I'm kinda lost on what you mean, like did you not mean to buy something and removed the item you meant to actually buy?

So it was a PENDING status that you hit the cancel on under http://store.steampowered.com/account/store_transactions ?

OR did you refund something you didn't mean to accidentally? Because pending refunds can be cancelled before approval.

Do note that it does state this:

Continue only if you are sure you have not already paid or you risk us not being able to fulfill this transaction. Canceling your transaction does NOT grant you a refund for your purchase.
