Lost my Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator Recovery Code

I can't login steam on browser/client because i can't get the Mobile Authenticator code from steam on my phone. (I factory reset my phone and install steam app again.) and i don't remember Recovery Code .

I create ticket to steam support. i don't have any answer from steam. (4 days ago)

What should I do?

i can use mobile, i hve the code i screenshot it, but i installed another in my 2nd phone and it wont work

I decided to uninstall the Mobile authentication from my account because of all the problems it's giving me. I lost the screenshot of the removal code so I spent some time to find out a work-around.

I discovered the following for those who lost their removal code:

1. I uninstalled the App from my Android phone
2. I then immediately reinstall it.
3. I then started the app on my phone. Upon doing this, the app asked me if I want to remove the Mobile Authentication from my Steam account. I chose the option to do that and my Steam account was instantly reverted back to email Authentication without the need to know my original mobile authentication code.

No more logging in with an authentication code a hundred times as day because email authentication allows you to save the computers you log into so you do't need to login again every time you access Steam.

I liked the idea is Mobile authentication. It works great on Google and Facebook. But the Steam app's inability to save and remember computers you've logged into so you don't have to renter the code every time you visit Steam on a previously used computer is enough to keep me from using it ever again. The other problem is now you need to log in to Steam like every 30 seconds which is really pissing me off. I can't do anything on Steam without logging in over and over every time I visit a different page! Fix that and I may come back. But this is really pushing me away from Steam even more.

1.Go to ur e-mail. 2.Send an e-mail to urself w/ the code. 3.Take it to another folder. 4.Now u have u code secure :D.

recovery code was not shown on my cell when i turned on steam guard mobile authenticator, code field was empty ! sup with that?

Contact your carrier and ask for a new SIM -card with the old number.

Alternatively, contact Steam Support,
https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php and include proof of ownership.
